Happy New Year! To celebrate, I made a photo collage from some of my favourite posts of the year. Although my little blog isn't quite one year-old yet, it has been a GREAT year! Thank-you to all of you for sharing in my journey - I treasure each one of your comments and ideas. Blogging has made me a better teacher, and more creative mom, and I can't wait to see what this year will bring!
Let's make it a "Year in Pictures" linky party! (Thank-you for your suggestion, Hadar). Make a collage of your favourite blog pics from the year and link up. Grab this picture button on the right, link it back to this post, and enjoy! I created this collage in photoshop, but there are many free online options to make a collage. I can't wait to see all of your pics - such a great reminder of the AWESOME work all of you share!
I can't wait to see what you create!
What a beautiful collage! A nice way to remember 2011!

Just to let you know that Charity and I had dinner together last night with our families for New Year's Eve and we ate your yummy recipe you shared a few months ago with the bread, bacon, and cheese. Everyone loved it! I also shared with her that my son is probably your youngest follower (he is 8 now)since he loves checking your blog for your awesome art projects. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tamara! That's so cool that you and Charity had dinner together! Tell your son I hope to have many more awesome art projects for him in the new year. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteBarbara, I would LOVE it if you linked up!
I will create mine later and come back. Check out my new linky in a few hours because I think you will love it.
ReplyDeleteYay!!! I already started my collage but had to pry myself from the computer to meet my friends for lunch! (I'm being rude and checking blogger on my iPhone. Haha!) I can't wait to finish my collage and link up! I think linky parties are my new favorite thing!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, and would like to make a collage too. I have a bog but I am not sure how to put all the pictures together to create the look of a collage, if you wouldn't mind helping out, I'd appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteThanks
This looks great! Wonderful idea!
ReplyDeleteAmanda, thanks for linking up!
ReplyDeleteMarla, I made my collage in photoshop. I started with a blank canvas, and just added and resized my pictures on top. I flattened the image when I was done before I saved it. Truthfully, it was a little time consuming ... there are premade collage templates out there (even photoshop has some built in).
Thanks Amanda.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! Just linked up. I can't believe how much I have done in the past year. Thanks for the opportunity to reflect.
